Mycebutours.com reserves the right to automatically cancel your reservation if the required payment is not received at least 2 days prior to the dates of your tour. Mycebutours.com is not responsible for cancelled package reservations if down payment is not received at least 2 days before the travel date. The price of your tour is guaranteed upon receipt of the down payment. We highly recommend that you to make payment for your tour package via BANK TRANSFER  or MONEY TRANSFER, however if you prefer to make an ONLINE payment via PayPal, a 5% service charge of the due amount will be added to your ONLINE payment. We encourage you to review and verify your invoice statement immediately upon receipt and contact Mycebutours.com immediately should you notice any discrepancy. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSCancellation made less than 2 days prior to tour date – booking fee non-refundable.Cancellation made 3 days prior to tour date – 50% refund of any booking fees paid.Cancellation made 4 days or more in advance – 80% refund of any booking fees paid.Cancellation due to natural disasters receive 80% refund of booking fee paid if tour not rebooked. Mycebutours.com reserves the right to cancel confirmed tours in the event of natural disasters or when mandated by the government.  Cancellation policy will apply. Mycebutours.com will not provide any refund for cancellation of other members of the group or portions of trips which are missed due to cancelled, rescheduled or delayed flights. No refund will be also given if passenger is not permitted to enter Philippines by the Immigration Consulate. Mycebutours.com does not provide any refund for unused transportation or entrance fees. We regret to inform you that Mycebutours.com will not be able to provide any refund in case you or any member of the group will have to withdraw from the tour after it has begun due to medical reasons. Refunds are usually processed within 4-6 weeks. REVISIONSPlease refer to Mycebutours.com cancellation policy for details about revisions to your booking.
